Reporting Always: Writings from The New Yorker by Lillian Ross

Synopsis:

This collection spanning 40 years showcases Lillian Ross’ iconic New Yorker profiles and “Talk of the Town” pieces.  Both the famous – Robin Williams, Charlie Chaplin and Ellen Barkin – and the not-so famous share the spotlight of her incisive journalist’s eye.  Ross, a longtime New Yorker staff writer, “made journalistic history by pioneering the kind of novelistic nonfiction that inspired later work”.
