Room Reservations
Lakeland Public Library Study Rooms
Study rooms hold up to two people and are equipped with electrical outlets. Children's study rooms hold up to 1 parent/guardian and 1 child or teen. Reservations may be cancelled if you arrive more than fifteen minutes after the reservation start time and have not notified staff you will be delayed. NOTE: All Lakeland Public Library portable computer stations are for staff-led tutoring or proctored testing only. For public access computers, please see staff at the Service Desk.
Larry R. Jackson Branch Library Study Rooms
Study rooms hold up to two people and are equipped with electrical outlets. Reservations may be cancelled if you arrive more than fifteen minutes after the reservation start time and have not notified staff you will be delayed.
Lakeland Public Library Meeting Room (currently unavailable)
- The Main Library meeting room will seat 80 comfortably.
- Kitchen facilities are available, but NO COOKING is permitted--light refreshments only.
- The Library does not provide any audio/visual equipment.
Larry R. Jackson Branch Library Meeting Room
- The Larry R. Jackson Branch Library meeting room will seat 40 comfortably.
- The Library does not provide any audio/visual equipment.
Lakeland Public Library Training Room
The Training Room can be reserved for a maximum of six people. The room has a conference table, whiteboard, and digital display with HDMI cable connection.
Lakeland Public Library Video Conference Room
The video conference room holds up to two people to participate in video conference calls for business, health, and educational purposes, such as online interviews, classes, trainings, projects, and telehealth appointments. The room is not intended to be an individual study room. The video conference room is equipped with desk space, computer with speaker, microphone, and camera setup, headphones, and electrical outlet. Reservations may be cancelled if you arrive more than fifteen minutes after the reservation start time and have not notified staff you will be delayed.
