In the Loop: A Crochet Crash Course Part 1
Are you interested in being a fiber artist but are intimidated by all the little details? Join us in the Commons on June 17th and 24th for a two-part crash course on the basics of crochet. Within each hour-long session, you will learn about yarn weight/hook sizes, how to read a label, and the basic stitches necessary to make your very own bookmark!
This course is available for ages 18+. Registration is required and will open one week before the class begins. You can register online when registration opens or by calling or visiting a Lakeland Library for staff to assist with registration.
Yarn and crochet hooks will be supplied, but you are more than welcome to bring your own hooks if you’d like (size 6/J-10).
