All Together Fridays: Meet the Fire Department
This summer, join us at the Larry R. Jackson Branch Library for All Together Fridays! Every Friday from June 9th through July 28th, we will enjoy crafts and activities, while meeting important local organizations who help keep Lakeland safe, beautiful, and connected.
June 9th: Meet the Lakeland Fire Department and Polk County Fire Rescue from 10-10:30 am! Emergency services will be onsite for about 30 minutes, so arrive promptly to allow kids time to touch the fire truck, peek in the ambulance, and learn about fire safety.
From 10 am-12 pm, enjoy themed crafts and activities inside the library.
All Together Fridays are recommended for children ages 2-13 and their grown-ups.
