“Wild about Wetlands”: Community Hike

“Wild about Wetlands”: Community Hike

Join Julie Vogel, the Environmental Program Specialist for City of Lakeland’s Se7en Wetlands, as she guides you around the Wetland #2 loop. You’ll learn about the history of Se7en Wetlands and why this is called a ‘constructed treatment wetland’. You will hike through various habitats and might even see a 14-foot alligator!

Reminder! There are no paper maps at Se7en Wetlands. Instead, use the interactive map-app found here: www.lakelandgov.net/se7enwetlands/map
