Adult CPR/AED Certification Workshop
Join the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts team at the Lakeland Public Library to learn essential lifesaving skills in this adult CPR/AED course. Led by a CPR-certified instructor, participants will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on practice responding to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults. The class lasts approximately four hours and concludes with an assessment. Participants who successfully complete the assessment will receive CPR certification from the American Red Cross.
Registration required. This event is for ages 18+.
